*The time and date are automatically set by being connected to the app. If the time and date on your tracker are not correct, that means that your tracker is not synced properly to the app.
*To change the time display including changing between military time and regular time you must hold the button on the tracker for 3 seconds while on the watch display.
The steps are pulled from arm movement. If your tracker isn’t tracking your steps properly it is usually because there was not enough arm movement when walking due to carrying something or having your hands in your pockets.
*The distance is tracked by steps. This will not calculate driving distance or biking distance, only the distance you walk/run each day.
*If you want to change the measurement from km to miles you need to change this in the settings of the app. Go into the app settings, select "profile", and then change the measurements in the "Unit" section from km to miles.
This is calculated from the steps and distance you walk/run each day.
To read your heart rate, put the tracker on the heart rate display and allow it to read for 20-30 seconds. If it turns off before giving a reading that usually means that your hand wasn’t still enough for it to read or that the protective plastic film on the bottom side of the tracker still needs to be removed.
To read your blood pressure, put the tracker on the blood pressure display and allow it to read for 20-30 seconds. This will set automatically once connected to the app. You can view the current weather on your tracker or view the upcoming weather for the week in the app.
This display is to control the music player in your phone such as iTunes or Spotify. The music player on your phone must already be open before using this feature. To access this functions first hold the button on the tracker for 3 seconds while on the music display screen. You will then see the play, pause, forward, backward arrows to control your music. Use single taps on the button to switch between options. Hold for 3 seconds when you’d like to select one of the options. To go back to the original menu you must hold the button for 3 seconds while having the "back arrow" (the one in the bottom center of the screen) highlighted.
This comes in handy if you have multiple trackers in the same room and need to know which one to connect to which phone.
This is also the screen to use if you ever would like to turn off your tracker.
CHARGING MY TRACKER
It does not. When you pull off the band, the charger is built directly into the tracker. All you need to do is plug it directly into any USB port to charge. Computers work great. You can also use a USB wall charger. Most smartphones come with one of these so you most likely already have the perfect charger laying around your house. If not computers work great to charge the tracker.
Anywhere from 2 days to a week, depending on which features you use and how much you check the tracker throughout the day.
Try the steps below:
1. Make sure you have the side with two gold lines plugged into the USB outlet
2. Flip the tracker upside down (it might be plugged in upside down)
3. Try another USB outlet or computer port

SYNCING MY TRACKER
The tracker cannot connect properly if it has been added to your phone's bluetooth list. Go into your phone settings and delete the tracker from your "bluetooth device list". From there connect the tracker directly through the app (not through your phone settings).
The easiest way to make sure your tracker is properly connected is to use the "Find" feature in the app. If you tracker is connected to the app it will buzz when you press "Find". If it does not that, that means your tracker is not properly connected and you need to follow the steps in the question below. If your tracker buzzes but isn't registering stats properly we also suggest following the steps in the question below.
Follow the steps below!
1. Go into the app "settings" (in the top left)
2. Select "Devices"
3. Your device will currently show show its serial number and say "Bound" if it is connected properly
4. Put your fingers on the device serial number and slide left
5. You will then see an option to "unbind". Select "unbind".
After that, make sure that you also delete the tracker from your bluetooth list in your phone settings (for iPhones delete just means selecting "forget this device")From there, you'll have a fresh start and need to connect the tracker through the app by following the steps below: (*Only connect the tracker through the app. Do not add the tracker to your phone's bluetooth device list manually)
1. Select Settings (in the app)
2. Select "Devices"
3. Select your tracker and it will rebind
This means that your tracker isn't properly connected/synced to the app on your phone. Are great way to test to see if it's properly connected is to use the "find" function on the app. The tracker is connected to the app, the tracker will vibrate when you click "find" in the app. Once you connect the tracker to the app the stats will sync properly.
If your sleep stats aren't showing after an hour or so after waking up and moving around try the following steps. Disconnect the tracker from the app and then from your phone's bluetooth device list. After that, reconnect the tracker but only through the app. Also, make sure the protective plastic film is removed from the bottom side of the tracker. It can interfere with the tracker's readings. The "wrist lift" feature can also confuse the tracker if you toss and turn a lot at night so we recommend turning that off as well. On occasion, our trackers can take up to a few days when first out of the box to start registering sleep stats. Try the steps above and you should see the tracking start registering consistently within the next couple nights of sleep.
They are interchangeable. This is something we are discussing offering in the near future but are not offering as of yet.
Nope! The tracker has it's own memory that lasts 24 hours at a time. As long as you are near your phone once every 24 hours it will transfer the data it has collected so far at that point in the day.
It’s water resistant so it will handle getting a little water or sweat on it but it’s not fully waterproof where it can be fully submerged under water.
Definitely! The app allows you to set up to 3 separate alarms that repeat on any days of the week you choose!
The Freedom Fit Trackers we are currently selling can track your health stats for a 24 hour period at a time without being connected to a smartphone but the time is set by being connected to a phone. You could temporarily connect the tracker to a phone to set the time and then disconnect it but they are meant to work while being connected to a smartphone.
Usually immediately except for sleep tracking. Your sleep stats can take up to an hour after you wake. The other stats are usually pretty instant. If they ever need to be synced you can always use the force sync button in the app (the spinning arrow button in the top right of the app).
Hold the button on the tracker for 3 seconds.
Tap the tracker screen until you see the "Mac" screen with the serial number of your tracker and hold that the button for 3 seconds while on that screen. When you see the "on" and "off" options tap the button again to select the "off" option. Wait for 3 seconds with it "off" selected and it should turn off.
When you tap the button on the face of the tracker once it will move through the different screens and options in the tracker. When you want to select any given screen you need to hold the button for 3 seconds.
Go into the app menu and select alert settings. Choose the alerts you would like.
The "lift wrist" feature needs to be enabled if this is a feature you would like to have on. That is found in the app under "settings" and then "features".
This can all be changed in the app. Select the settings icon in the top left and then select "profile". Scroll to the bottom to change the "units".
