How long are shipping times?
Orders are typically in transit within 24 hours of being placed and usually arrive within 6-9 days. However, occasional delays and inventory shortages can happen. If you have not received your order within 10 days of placing your order please email email@example.com for a status update on your order.
What is your return policy?
Due to the type of product being a fitness tracker with the sensitivity of hygiene and since our trackers are custom made, we cannot allow returns or exchanges, and all sales are final. However, the last thing we want to do is leave you dissatisfied. This is why we provide replacement trackers in the case one of our trackers arrive damaged or defective.
In the event that the product arrives damaged or does not work, we require video proof emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to start the replacement process.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has already been mailed out it cannot be canceled. If it has just been placed but is canceled before the order has been mailed, we are able to cancel your order, however, to obtain a partial refund you will incur a $15.00 cancellation and restocking fee due to the automatic nature of our fulfillment system.
*Please do not send any returns back to our return address. We do not accept returned trackers because we cannot sell them again after being opened/used.
